Here are a couple of useful pieces of literature for anyone who wants to lose weight while becoming stronger, healthier and more nutritionally adept.

The "Weight Loss Workout" is about 30 pages long and it outlines the logic behind exercising for weight loss, explaining the process by which the body burns fat.  Understanding the "why" behind the "what" always makes a plan more successful.  Your weight loss plan is no exception.

The "Diet Consultation" contains the formulas that I use to determine how many calories a day a person should consume - and what those calories should consist of.  All you need is a calculator and a pen and paper to do this work (I recommend printing the worksheet).  The nutrition plans are based on the United States Department of Agriculture's "Food Guide Pyramid", which promotes a completely balanced and healthy diet.
