Bread, rice, cereal and pasta group (80 calories per serving): 10 servings

Vegetable group (25 calories per serving): 5 servings

Fruit group (60 calories per serving): 4 servings

Milk group (120 calories per serving and use low-fat products): 2 servings

Meat group or a low-fat frozen entree (300 calories and no more than 6 grams of fat): 2 servings
